No! Relaxo guidebooks work in any mobile browser. Guests simply tap a link or scan a QR code - no app download required. They can optionally add it to their home screen for offline access.
Can I import my existing properties?
Yes! Connect your Hospitable or OwnerRez account and import properties with one click. Our AI automatically generates content based on your property details. More PMS integrations coming soon.
What's the difference between importing and activating?
You can import unlimited properties as drafts on any plan - they're saved but not visible to guests. Activating a property publishes it with a live URL and QR code. Each tier has a limit on simultaneous active properties.
Is there a limit on page views?
No limits on page views, ever. Whether you have 10 guests or 10,000, your guidebooks will always be available.
Can I customize the design?
Absolutely! Choose from gradient presets or create custom color schemes. Pick from curated font pairings. Arrange buttons in any order. The real-time preview shows exactly what guests will see.
How do I share the guidebook with guests?
Each property gets a unique URL (app.relaxo.io/your-property). Send it via your booking platform's messaging, include it in check-in instructions, or print the auto-generated QR code and place it in your property.
What if I need more properties than my plan allows?
Paid plans include overage pricing so you can activate additional properties beyond your included limit. Starter is +$2/property/mo, Growth is +$1.50, and Scale is +$1. You only pay for what you use.
