Do guests need to download an app?

No. Relaxo guidebooks open in any mobile browser from your link or QR code. Guests can add the page to their home screen if they want quicker access.

Can I import my existing properties?

Yes. Connect Hospitable or OwnerRez and import with one click; we help draft content from your property details. More PMS connections are on the way.

What does beta include?

You can import as many drafts as you like. Publishing makes a property live with its own URL and QR code. During public beta you can publish up to five properties with premium features at no cost and without a card on file.

Can guests read the guidebook in their own language?

Yes. You choose which languages to offer; guests use the language picker at the bottom of the guidebook (the same control as in the demo on this page). Content and labels are translated so international travelers get clear check-in information.

How do I share the guidebook with guests?

Each published property has a unique URL and an auto-generated QR code. Send the link in booking messages or pre-arrival email, or print the QR for the rental.

Can I customize the design?

Yes. Pick gradients or custom colors, curated font pairings, and button order. The editor preview matches what guests see.
